Related issue: #31839

Description

The PR makes sure SSGINode distincts uv and direction sampling. In Unity, both could use the same values. In WebGPU however there are different uv conventions so SSGINode needs to compute uv offset separately.

This change does not alter the visual output but it improves the code clarity.
